Subtle punishment for parking offences?

I tried to pay my parking fine at the post office yesterday. I went there straight after work but was told that the counter I needed to use closes at 4pm, everyday. With my lunches taken up with eating with the JHS or running tests for the SHS san-nen seis, when am I supposed to pay it? I really hope I don't forget to do it on Friday afternoon. Maybe I should try sneaking out during my quiet period tomorrow.

Lunch time is free time... You are allowed to do whatever you want and most teachers use that time to go do stuff if they have to do it...

Well, in theory, lunchtime is my own time. In practice, I have to be in school.
When I'm at Tsunan (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) I have lunch with the kids as well as lessons the period before and after. The twenty mins before and twenty after lunch aren't long enough to nip out and nip back.
On Monday and Thursday I'm at Tokamachi 'available for speaking tests' with the 3rd years.

Saying that, my contract does say I'm allowed 45 minutes a day, which normally should be taken at lunch, to do with as I wish. Exams start for the koko students at Tsunan tomorrow, so I'll use the period I'd normally have with them before lunch to go to the post office.
